How does the ServiFy Drive & Drop system work?

The system is based on an interactive application and a kiosk equipped with a touchscreen, secure POS for card payment, voice assistance in Romanian and secure lockers operated by unique codes.

The kiosk is placed inside or outside the service and is used both by customers when handing over or picking up the car from service, and by service staff when, in turn, picking up cars from customers or I prey on her.

Based on an appointment, the customer receives a message with a unique code on the phone. The customer comes with the car to the service whenever he wants and leaves the car in the parking lot of the service.

Then, using the unique code, open one of the secure kiosk lockers, where you leave the keys. Subsequently, a service employee will receive the car during the program and hand it over to the mechanics.

How to deliver cars with Drive & Drop?

The customer's car is picked up by a service employee and left in the parking lot, and the keys in one of the kiosk's secure lockers. In the meantime, the customer receives the locker access code on the phone, along with a message announcing that the car is ready.

The customer arrives at the service whenever he wants, 24/7, enters the code in the locker, and the system automatically guides him to the payment procedure.
